By booking our service or purchasing products from Creative Solution, you agree to the following:

1. Services All repair and maintenance work is carried out with professionalism. Once a service is completed, charges are non-refundable.

2. Sales Product details, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Any warranty (if applicable) will be explained during purchase.

3. Payment Terms Customers must pay 50% advance at the time of order/service booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the time of delivery or after service completion.

4. No COD We do not provide Cash on Delivery for shipped products.

5. Liability We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, third-party handling, or courier delays once a product is dispatched.

6. Legal All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
